BREEAM is an internationally recognised methodology for benchmarking the environmental performance of buildings.  A BREEAM Assessment measures key areas, including: energy; transport; pollution; materials; water; ecology and management and awards the building one of five levels.  The methodology aims to balance the environmental performance of a building with the need for a safe and healthy internal environment.

SRE, an experienced licensed BREEAM Assessor Organisation, advises on a range of different BREEAM methodologies and ensures the highest rating can be delivered as economically as possible.  Different building types are assessed using different methodologies and SRE is licensed to undertake BREEAM Commercial, EcoHomes, Multi-Residential, Bespoke and Healthcare.  SRE has BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) capability.
